With the need for shelter increasing every year, there will also be an increase in housing options. But often many housing options are only centered on the economy and forget about comfort. Even though modern life is completely hectic as it is today, it often makes people forget to rest and have fun. Resulting
in a high level of stress. Then we need
a residential innovation that is centered on the comfort of its inhabitants. Not just accommodating residential needs, but also needs that are soothing and pleasant.

Zoning

The design process of Mount Paradise is divided into two parts namely Master- planning and Landscaping. Landscaping design includes the design of passage- ways, walkways, and RV tracks. The theme park area includes facilities that can accommodate recreational needs. The theme park area consists of several facilities, including: amusement park, petting zoo, camping zone, food court, hobbit house, airsoft gun, RV Track, and trailing. Mount Paradise also provides a program that accommodates wedding events. The wedding program is also supported by the chapel and wedding suit facilities.

With half of the total area constituting protected forest area, site management must be done carefully. Protected forest is an area that should remain untouched, except for tourism activities that do not change anything. Therefore, process-

ing the site is done by making some recreational activities that do not need to change the site, such as airsoft gun games, RV tracks, and others. Walkway construction is also carried out with a red ribbon as a road marker to prevent changes in the protected forest area.

Continuous Pool

Whereas the residential area is designed with a terracing shape, following the contour. Highlight residential areas are in a continuous pool. Based on the existing contours, each residential module has ac- cess to a different pool. Continuous pool acts as an interlock point between mod- ules. So that the lower dwelling module has access to the pool on the second floor, whereas in the upper dwelling, the access pool is on the first floor.
