The exploration starts to determine which mass should be applied regarding the context. A form is then created by processing a solid mass into two different forms with the maximum responsibility. The first half was created in a monolithic form located in the West as the core of the AGI Tower and directly adjacent to the AGI Building. In contrast, the second half is more dynamic than the first one, responding to the crossroads area with a balcony with several cantilevered plates.

AGI Tower is the second building developed at the AGI complex on Jalan Tidar, a branch of Jalan Embong Malang, which is one of the vibrant and attractive areas in Surabaya. These conditions encourage us to ask a question,

Moveable Screen
Related to user convenience, AGI Tower features movable screen features on each side of the Building. This property is formed from perforated material screens that are movable, dynamically to respond to sunlight and reduce the thermal value that is in direct contact with the building. This thermal reduction feature can then increase the comfort of the space program occupancy, while it can provide more privacy.

AGI Tower can provide 15 floors of office needs, with various room configurations on each floor. This configuration per floor is determined because of the mass consequences formed from the exploration that has been done. The room on one floor can be used in full, divided into 2 to 3 office spaces with module sizes that have been adjusted to the size of the floor plate.
