SENIOR ARCHITECT (code: ARS-SN)

Preparation of architectural design drawing documents for conceptual documents until schematic ranging from 3d modeling, floor plans, elevation, section cuts, details with proper explanations, coordination with MEP team and structure team.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare design style instructions to keep the design team and client’s perception in sync.
• Make a layout and building forms based on design principles and applicable rules
• Prepare the conceptual drawings until the design development / schematic drawings.
• Directs the design team to create a suitable design and architectural details.
• Coordinate with the shop drawing team, structure team and MEP team.

Working Experience Requirement:

Minimum education of Architect Bachelor Degree from a reputable university, work experience as an architect in an Architect consultant for at least 10 years, Work Experience in drawing commercial and hospitality building projects are preferred.

Expertise:

Proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp, accustomed to coordinating with the structure practitioners and ME drawings.
